Description

Seamless Teaching: Scaffolding in Action

Games and activities are great, but how do you combine them into a lesson that best supports your adult ESOL learners? Designing lessons that help learners to “effortlessly” progress to greater levels of independence takes a lot of effort. This workshop will provide participants with specific strategies for scaffolding lessons and tools for determining task complexity so that they can create lessons that flow.

Presenter: Will Linn

Audience: ESOL Instructors

Time: 9:30am-12:30pm
